So everyone gets thier down moments, where everything you do is for course/work and the rest is all pointless and you wonder where your mojo went.. this is how I solve mine.. the challenge.. do something.. These little keychain pieces are done painting and currently in layers of glaze and decoupage gel so not up for the photos.. the trees are in an old sketchbook from my last trip to the us.. so 4 or 5 years old..
Then after the some sweet words about my ability to create/draw characters I decided to do another on in my buymysketchbook book.. He is the fishlord and will fight for all things fishy! I like his hat.
And then I decided to challenge myself again and grabbed a A3 sizes piece of cartridge that resides in the -blank- a3 folder I have and decided to do something with colors my niece would apreciate.. She loves purple and pink.. and after that I just went for a general back ground sort of scheme.. So this is a young lass visiting some exotic lab created creature that is somewhere between a fawn and a turtle.. You can’t really tell too much so click to go visit the bigger image.. I mostly like how this one turned out. I might go make something else thats different from my usual..
And lastly the lovely Emily of Art for the Masses who has some tidy illustration work to gander at often gave me this lovely award..
I like doing these because it sometimes has somewhere you haven’t been before..
Enjoy your weekend!
